The circumference of your finger may differ depending on the time of day and weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The method<\/strong>, <strong>the safest<\/strong>, would be to go to any jewellery shop. You will be offered some rings to measure your fingers. You should try as many measurements as possible and hold the rest of the rings with your other hand so that their weight does not mislead you into choosing the wrong size. This method is free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t have a jewellery shop nearby you can try to find out the size by following the steps below, but it is not a very accurate method: <\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Take a piece of ribbon (or thread), at least 8-10 cm long, a pen and a ruler in mm\/cm. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Roll the ribbon around the base of the finger you will want to wear the ring on. You should leave a small space, play, to allow the ribbon to pass in the rolled shape over the thickest wrist of the finger. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Mark with your pen the point on the ribbon where one end of the ribbon overlaps and where the circle formed around the finger closes. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Remove the ribbon from the finger and stretch it perfectly on the line from the end to the point marked with the pen and note the measurement in millimetres or centimetres (1 cm = 10 mm).
