All products come with 12 months legal guarantee of conformity.

Each order is carefully checked and packed before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product we will either refund you the full amount or send a free replacement for it. To claim a full refund against a defective product you must send us images in support of your claim within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can initiate a return by writing us at contact@calimajewels.com.

If you discover quality defects, such as jewellery/accessory components falling off or jewellery breaking, you can send the goods back to us and we will issue a refund for these or send them back to you after we have repaired them at our expense. According to law 449/2003, art.11 paragraph 2, the buyer cannot ask for the replacement of the jewellery because of the falling stones. The cost of sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer.

Please note that quality defects or damage caused by rough use, rubbing, exposure to chemicals (such as soaps, perfumes, disinfectants, lotions, etc.), excessive heat or water, accidents, carelessness, negligence, improper use of jewelry or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship will not be covered under warranty. Basic wear and tear caused by regular use of the jewellery (especially in the case of tone-plated jewellery) will also not be covered by the warranty. Learn more about jewellery care here.

Any repairs to products within the warranty period will be carried out free of charge or replaced under the terms of the revised OG no.21/1992, if it is confirmed that a defect in material or workmanship was the cause of such damage, rather than improper use of the jewellery by the buyer.

Remedy shall be made within 15 days from the date of discovery of the defect.

Under normal conditions of use and following the maintenance instructions, you will enjoy your purchased jewellery for a long time.
